Series: Meet the team – Gary Comerford, Operations Director

This is the second of a series of posts where we’ll introduce members of the DSL team, from across the organisation, to put a human face to one of the UK’s leading cradle-to-grave industrial computing and electronics solutions provider.
With more than twenty years’ experience in the manufacturing industry working with a range of products and suppliers, DSL’s Operations Director Gary Comerford, knows how to make our client’s lives easier.
Gary is responsible for ensuring our products meet our client’s requirements and expectations, seeking every opportunity to go that extra mile. He manages QMS, EMS, our service and product partners, and design projects.
Since joining DSL back in 2009, Gary has been driving improvements in the business and is focussed on hitting targets. His expertise lies in his planning and organisational skills and his acute eye for detail but he says it’s the people that make the industry what it is.
Gary says: “Building relationships with our service and product partners is a great way to help our business and ultimately the client. I’ve dealt with some fantastic people over my career.”

In his spare time, Gary enjoys spending time with his two young children as well as photography and photo editing.
