Andrew Mahoney, Account Manager

At the heart of DSL is excellent customer service, and our clients know they are in good hands with Andrew Mahoney.

With exceptional communication skills, Andrew’s background is in retail management and customer service, which makes him an ideal Account Manager.

He is often the first point of contact for new customers, and his patient, positive, people-focussed approach is representative of the essence of DSL. He is responsible for identifying and understanding customer needs and ensuring they have a first-rate experience with us.

Andrew says: “I get a lot of job satisfaction in helping people and solving daily challenges. I enjoy building relationships with clients and finding the optimum solution for them.

“I’m a technology geek at heart and have a real interest in the evolution of technology and in particular the longevity of products. It’s fascinating to see how, despite never having heard of ‘embedded computing’ a year ago, it has such a huge influence on society.”

Having started at DSL in 2018, after eight years out of industry, Andrew says he was welcomed into the company with open arms: “I was nurtured into the role I am in now and I cannot thank DSL enough for giving me this opportunity and for being such a great team to work with”.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing snooker and badminton, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family.
