An COVID-19 update from DSL’s Managing Director Rory Dear


Ensuring the wellbeing of our team and customers.

DSL takes the wellbeing of our team and customers very seriously and so continues to closely monitor the current spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and act in accordance with government health guidelines.

We are taking additional steps to protect and support our staff as we continue to operate as normal as possible. All DSL employees that are able to perform their roles from home, will be doing so. All employees that are not able to perform their roles from home, will have those roles strictly controlled to reduce risk.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation as it continues to develop and implement the latest health and work practice guidelines.

We would like to inform our customers that additional lead time should be allowed for new orders placed, we expect in the region of 1-2 weeks extra as a maximum, though we will endeavour to minimise all impact. We would therefore recommend placing orders earlier than usual to guarantee your required delivery date is achievable.
For existing orders, we are seeing minimal disruption, if any.

DSL are undertaking regular meetings to review changes to the latest situation and advice – and will appropriate changes or actions within our employee safety policy and business continuity strategy continually as required.
