IP65 rated box PC specifically designed for -20°C to 60°C operation.
The ACS-2701, is a low power (19W), fanless ruggedised industrial computing platform with IP65 rated covers on all the connectors.
Performance wise, an Intel ULV Celeron M Processor with up to 1 GHz processing speed is supported by the Intel GM910GMLE+ ICH8M-E system chipset and up to 1GB Ram.
A single 10/100Mbps LAN port satisfies high speed networking applications, a USB 2.0 Port is ideally suited for a range of add on peripherals and a DB9 connector provides the usual RS232 communication path. The VGA/CRT output is delivered through an industry standard DB15 connector.
Storage options comprise a 2.5" SATA HDD bay permitting either a desktop O/S (i.e. XP Pro), a truly embedded O/S such as XP Embedded (free pre-installation included) or indeed any other desired x86 operating system.
With an input voltage range of between 11-28VDC installation alongside other electronic apparatus is simplicity itself. Alternatively a wall mountable fully IP67 rated AC to DC Power adaptor is also available.
Packaged in a heavy duty die cast aluminium chassis with brackets for wall/bulkhead mounting succesfully provides a vibration qualification of 5~17Hz, 01.G (double amplitude displacement), 17~640Hz, 1.5G acceleration (peak to peak) and a shock rating of 1G peak acceleration (11msec duration).
Weighing just 2.1KG with overall dimensions of 223mm x 146mm x 62mm this highly adaptable fanless box PC system, meeting
CE/FCC Class A, provides an ideal platform for most demanding environments.
Prices for the system start at sub £770 for 1 off quantities, complete with 1GHz CPU, 512MB RAM and 60GB Hard Disk. IP65 rated mating connecters are also supplied.
