5.7" to 15" Intel Atom Fanless IP65 Panel PC Range

AHM-6xx7

Announcing a further expansion of its panel PC products, Datasound Laboratories launches a family of 5 new products designated the AHM-6xx7 range.

Panel sizes include 5.7” (640x480), 8”, 10.4” & 12” (all 800x600), and finally a 15” (1024x768).

All are powered using the 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 and fitted with up to 2GB DRAM. These HMI Panel PC’s have a 250-400 cd/m2 LCD display, with viewing angles of 130/100 (H/V) or better supported by an analogue resistive touch, all housed in a chassis with a NEMA 4/IP65 compliant front panel.

A classic array of user interconnections comprise two 10/100/1000 Mbps LAN, two USB 2.0 Ports, two RS232 Ports, Line in/out AC97 Audio (excludes 5.7” variants) and PS/2 keyboard & mouse ports all of which are rear mounted alongside the 12-28 VDC power connector.

CompactFlash and 2.5" SATA HDD bays provide opportunities for either a desktop O/S (i.e. XP Pro), truly embedded O/S such as XP Embedded or CE6, or indeed any other desired x86 operating system.

Weighing just 1.4KG and enclosed in a black moulded plastic housing, the system is FCC & CE Class A certified.

With overall dimensions of 204x149x143mm through to 410x310x80mm and an operating temperature range of 0°C to 50°C, these fanless panel PC’s can seriously be considered as a real alternative to conventional PLC units.
