With such a range of products it is difficult to ensure 'ex stock' availability.

For 'speculative - one off ' type purchases it is often simpler & more cost effective to provide a cheque or credit card details with the order. (For purchases from outside of the UK we will require payment in sterling or US dollars.)

Where repeated orders are envisaged, an account may be opened by completing a 'credit account application form'.

We can normally process that application within 30 minutes.

Orders can be placed using fax, e-mail, post or telephone however to ensure we have all the details correct we would prefer written orders.

On receipt of that order we will commercially & technically verify we can deliver what you have ordered and then provide an order acknowledgement confirming:

• 1. Product ordered
• 2. Unit prices
• 3. Purchase Order No
• 4. Target delivery date
• 5. Delivery & Invoice address

To ensure delivery we will always use approved courier services that guarantees overnight delivery (UK mainland only).

Invoices are raised dated the delivery date and sent via email separately
