The dawn of a new era – it feels like it is such a case for DSL’s range of products, predominantly used in industrial environments, though it appears times are changing, as we find more of our products in commercial environments because they’re often more reliable, durable and vandal proof.
Whether its within the retail sector, supermarket chains or even exhibitions, the transition of products from industrial to commercial comes as no surprise to us.
That’s exactly what we found out when Hochiki Europe enquired DSL looking for a resolute Industrial Display, similar to that of a tablet like appearance, to be used at the Firex Exhibition at the ExCel Centre located in the magnificent City of London.
They required a tablet like product with vandal proof 7H hardened glass screen, to be able to with stand exuberant interactions from customers. So after much deliberation and discussion, DSL and Hochiki Europe agreed that the ARCDIS-115P would be the best fit to suit their needs. 15″, lightweight and projecting pristine graphics, a few of the reasons why this was chosen.
Judging by the video, it seems that the product went down well with just about everybody that approached the Hochiki Europe stand, interacting with the product in all its touchscreen glory. Just like the product, Hochiki were impressed with how DSL conducted the enquiry with efficiency and quality.
It also appears that our products were also on other exhibition stands within the most recent Firex exhibition too, gaining ever popular with customers across the field.
